They damaged my car.

I took my car for a repair and they damaged the interior of my door.

They refuse to claim responsibility and are basically forcing me to take it further causing a an unnecessary amount of stress.

They claim you cannot see anything on the cctv - you would never be able to see damage on the inside of a door card on cctv, not the best cctv cameras in the world can do that.

Offered to cover 50% of the damages as a “goodwill” - why would I pay the other 50% if I am not responsible for it? The responsible party should pay for the damages.

Implied that I must have done it myself? No, I would have noticed and I wouldn’t be throwing false accusations at garages for a few hundred quids worth of repair I’ve got better things to be doing with my time. I know my car inside out I would know if I gouged out the inside of my door.

If you want the same experience use this garage, otherwise stay away.

Hi Daniel This is our first negative review in over 9 years of business. No business has zero complaints/issues, but when we have a problem and it is our fault, we take ownership of it and resolve it. We look after thousands of vehicles each year, and over the years accidents have happened and been resolved. On this occasion we do not believe this damage was caused by us. The allegation was that we removed the door card/switch and must have ripped the leather. We advised that we had not removed any part of the door card/switch and the repair had been carried out with a recalibration as per the detail on your invoice. If a member of our team makes a mistake here, they know to come to us so that we can resolve the situation satisfactorily for the customer. This was your first visit to us, but we are an established family business and our customers, team and reputation mean everything to us. Kind regards Diana

Professional and honest

Recommended by my partner and have just received excellent service this morning, plus a coffee while I waited. The problem was explained fully and shown to me. I'm very pleased with the outcome as I was expecting a costly experience but only cost me £30! Would highly recommend this garage.

Fantastic Garage

I first went to P.W. autos last May with an exhaust issue. Paul sorted it and didn't want paying for this. I went again a few weeks later for an aerial replacement on my van as a special tool was needed, and again they didn't want paying!
I gave them some money as it just seemed fair.
I've been again for an EGR Valve replacement and service. They kept me updated by phone each day with a cost and time schedule, which no other garage has previously done.
I can't be more please with Paul, Diana, Leanne & team.
Highly recommended!

Great service

I never leave reviews but I had wonderful service from these guy's. I had my car booked in for a couple of things but when it came to the morning my car wouldn't start so I called and told the receptionist which she was lovely think her name is Leanne and said she can get one of the guys to come out and jump start it for me with in the hour so I can drive it to the garage they came before the hour which was great . All in all the service was great can't fault it, I had the work done on my car to which she let me know when it was ready to collect no problems with the car as of yet fingers crossed :)
