I sent messages to Rob on behalf of my grandma and still not heard anything back? The company told my grandma they take unwanted items to charity. They took two very sentimental items by mistake and when my nana finally realised after unpacking I contacted Rob. He said he would check the shop he took them to. Didn’t hear from him, so contacted again, and he made an excuse for the delay. Still nothing so texted him again, another excuse. I contacted him again then nothing, tried contacting again, still nothing. Along with this a lot of items have been damaged from the move. Very careless and poor customer service. Do not recommend.
