Were 2 months late starting the job. Didn’t come back to finish the job. I’m still waiting on the invoice to confirm why it cost more than double we were quoted. Shoddy finish and terrible customer service. Save yourself money and hassle and try someone else.

Honestly the worst company I have ever dealt with. Do not do what you ask no after care and abusive on the oho e when asking them to live up to the ten year guarantee. Avoid this company at all costs. I wish I had. I woll be going to trading standards.

Firstly they did a good job on the whole but had problems with the artificial lawn within a couple of days. Contacted them about this (we'd been feed lies about guarantees and insurance). That was on the 29th August 2020, still waiting for them to sort it out, despite many phone calls, e-mails and facebook messages, even sent them a recorded delivery that was signed for early December!! Spoke to them early July and then heard nothing. So yesterday called again and was told that he'd phone, he didn't. I do know that when the job was first done we got it through Checkatrade, unfortunately they are not with them anymore . When they were doing the work, I had to pay up front for them to get materials etc. It took many emails for them to send me a receipt (which was the wrong amount, ) and I am still waiting for a detailed receipt of materials and labour costs!! Avoid at all costs, it will only play havoc with your blood pressure. Have all messages recorded if wanting proof.

Cancelled job the day they came to quote after paying 30%+ and I have never received any money back despite assurances over several months and numerous letters. Not a finger was lifted and they still have my money. Avoid at all cost.

Do not hire this company avoid at all costs they left pensioner and neighbour out pocket didn’t finish the job and we need hire someone else to fix it we are talking to trading standards and have taken legal advice wish I had read all the other awful reviews before hiring them ! Do not hire you have been warned you will regret and their ten year guarantee is not worth the paper is written on !
