Had an intermittent fault with the car which was noisy and took it to 2 garages who could not confirm the fault. This went on for months!

PL diagnosed the fault as the drive shaft and wheel bearing, fixed it within a day so now fine!

Thanks to Lyndon and the team for good old fashioned customer service by keeping me informed all the way.

Having spoken to Mark at PT Autos a few weeks ago, I took my wife's Honda CRV in today so that Mark could confirm whether a repair was necessary . I left the premises approx 20 minutes later having received Mark's full attention and diagnosis . I was left with the impression that mark is a very welcoming, honest and trustworthy guy. I shall be taking both the family cars to Mark in future.Furthermore I will have no hesitation in recommending PT Autos to my family, neighbours, and friends. A deserved 5 star service !

I have been a customer of PL Autos for over twenty years and they are fantastic. I have found them to be totally trustworthy and ethical in all they do. I am a women in my 70s and would not want to go to anywhere else They tell you what needs to be done and the work is carried out well and efficiently. They are a great team of dedicated reliable intelligent mechanics and cannot recommend them too highly.
