Have emergency plumber out now on new years eve to rectify pj plumbing shoddy work, so he fitted a radiator for me back in August in our new bathroom, it seems the radiator tail pipes have been cut too short and the nuts not tightened enough, I supplied said radiator and all fitments but was charged a hefty bill for 2/3 hours work, I wished I had read reviews first but plumbers are hard to pin down for small jobs. I had to put cash through his door as dont have a cheque book anymore, as a lot of people dont these days and that was his favoured method of payment, it took three weeks for him to confirm payment, not impressed, would not use again.

Disgraceful service, never using again!

Disgraceful service, broke the plumbing to the toilet which proceeded to flood our house - with internal walls, floors and carpets, and ceiling being damaged. Then proceeded to berate us and become defensive telling us it was our fault after he assured it was "safe" and with "no leaks" after supposedly fixing it in the first place.
UPDATE: what he called "a quick 5 minute fix" proceeded to take nearly 45mins, of which in less than 4hrs after he 'fixed' our toilet for the second time, it has started to leak already.
If a plumber with nearly 30yrs of experience can't fix a toilet...
Now calling a real plumber who can fix his mess.
NOT USING EVER AGAIN
