Professional and First Class Service

Can highly recommend Anna at P. J. Neville Memorials. Had to arrange a headstone for my
brother nothing was too much trouble and she dealt with our enquiry in a sympathetic,
professional manner and explained everything to us. The headstone is just perfect and exactly what we wanted

Excellent personal customer service

Excellent service and quality. Anna had dealt with the headstone for my Mum 5 years ago and more recently my Dad last year. It's been a particularly sad but on both occasions Anna ensured that the whole process was dealt with by her personally and in a sensitive, thoughtful manner. My Dad and I chose a bespoke cross headstone for Mum which was made perfectly to our request. We had a photo added and this time for my Dad I added two more photos. The final result has been excellent. The stone was removed recently to add my Dad and was re fitted as requested on the anniversary of his passing. Thanks Anna.

Brilliant service

It took a long time for me to get to the point where I felt ready to order my little boys headstone but had seen one here that I had set my heart on. Anna was so helpful and understanding making the whole process easy from start to finish. She made sure everything I requested was perfect and I am absolutely over the moon with the end result! Couldn't ask for a more perfect stone to finish off my little boys resting place. Thank you to everybody at PJ Neville memorials x
