Poor communication after a promising start

Really disappointed with this company. After quoting and agreeing to carry out the work, they promised my friend in Sandown, whose roof is in desperate need of repair after leaking badly through the winter, that they would start work at the end of April. After waiting for three months, she had to contact them, when she was then promised it would start at the beginning of June. She has not had any response since then, despite calling and leaving messages several times.
