Excellent shop, service and prices

I've been to the shop only twice so far, but wont go anywhere else now.
Both times I've been there my PC has been sorted really quickly.
The customer service is excellent, he's very friendly and he doesn't make me feel stupid by using lots of computer jargon.
His prices are excellent, and explains what he did.
His knowledge shows when you talk to him and he has found a solution to my issues every time.
He also doesn't try to upsell, or convince you that you need to buy "this extra bit" to get your issue sorted.

SUPER GURU

Dave built my desktop computer a few years ago. Most of the time it's perfect, but just occasionally a problem occurs. When it does he fixes it double quick (usually same day). He's very pleasant and helpful giving easy to understand advice, either face-to-face or on the phone. His work is excellent and very reasonably priced. He knows it's me when I phone because I call him "Super Guru"!!

I highly recommend I had a problem with pc because it turned off while playing, even though it was only 1 month old, I asked in other services and always answer without checking the stress test, voltage or temperature of the processor and other components that you need to replace the pc adapter. I took it to PcPitstop after only a few hours it turned out that the problem was wrong voltage and windows 10 which could not cope with the fans and the price as free. Amazing fast friendly and professional service I recommend the most.

I bought a new graphics card and I could not get it to work.I took the computer to Pistop and it was sorted right away.Genuine gentleman, not a rip off merchant which is very rare today
