We've had P&K do some pretty substantial work - fix leaks / replace shower / replace entire pipe system in the extension - and we are extremely happy with them. Always did a thorough and tidy job. Will go to these guys for everything in the future.

Replaced old boiler for new Bosch Worcester boiler

Following a fault in our existing combi-boiler resulting no heating or hot water, Kevin was onsite to give the boiler a checkover. After troubleshooting, and a discussion over the possible parts and labour costs I took time over the weekend to discuss and review our options.

Kevin had given his option, but let the matter up to us. Knowing the age of the boiler, the position the boiler has in the various manufacturer quality ratings over the years we decided it wasn’t worth keeping and opted for a new boiler, with an improved control mechanism, and a filter.

At the initial call-out Kevin had discussed available dates should we go ahead with the replacement, so we knew what we be the impact if we decided not to seek a replacement part and went ahead with the full replacement.

The full replacement went in today, so the old combi boiler was removed, new vent hole drilled, a serious amount of pipe work performed, until the new combi boiler was installed and operational.

NEeded plumber to see why my pressure was dropping so much. KEvin came out and looked at boiler and asked me to monitor riding for 2 days and txt him with results each day. HE then came out and did whatever it was he needed to do and pressure has been perfect since then. I have used P&K in the past and they are always very obliging and come out at first convenient time. Would highly recommend them.

Excellent Service

We have used Paul and Kevin a number of times. First to install a new central heating boiler and making some changes to our system. On another occasion fit new taps in our kitchen and bathroom. And now, they have just fitted out a completey new bathroom for us with which we are delighted. Their work is excellent and very professional and they will go that extra bit if necessary. Many thanks Paul, Kevin and James! Would have no hesitation in using them again or recommending them.
