Oxyplumb

Oxyplumb have completed our boiler service twice now and on both occasions the staff arrived on time and completed the work efficiently. They leave the place clean and tidy. We've also used Oxyplumb to solve an issue with the heating timer and the new part was ordered and fitted within a couple of days of the problem being identified. Would highly recommend using Oxyplumb.

Change a kitchen tap? No problem - I’ll do that myself following a quick video on YouTube.
Some three hours later, I’d disconnected the hot and cold hoses but couldn’t, (however hard I tried) unscrew the darn tap bolt. I also realised even if I could unscrew it, the tap I’d bought had different hose connections.
Whilst playing the part of ‘bad plumber’ I reconnected the old leaky tap but had also managed to damage an additional connection and created a further leak down below.
I called a Pro!
Spoke with the manager, Leigh. Having explained we have three young children, he sent a colleague who arrived within an hour.
In Less than an hour, the old tap was off, the new one was on (he had the correct connectors) and the leak I’d created was also rectified. Polite & masked at all times due to Covid etc. A real credit to Oxyplumb who I will have no hesitation in both using and recommending in the future. I’ve looked the job up on trade sites and been quoted, up to four times the price.

Really happy to have found Oxford boilers. They were quick to come out to my new boiler request. I received a text with a tracker when the engineer was on route, that was really helpful. The engineer spoke me through my options, I went with the interest free finance and within 4 days my new Worcester boiler was fitted. The overall process was brilliant, I will be recommending them to my friends and family. Great service!!
