Oxton & Hoylake Ironworks

Came to fit a new hand rail with a 2 person crew (some slight problems I have with workmanship, welds, etc), also failed to take away old fence post from hand rail it was replacing. Phone calls went unanswered.

I give this company a rating of zero, nought, zilch. I have been waiting for my gate all summer, three months in all and simultaneously, my neighbour has been awaiting their service. I have phoned the company four times in the last month and each time I have had their word that my gate will be delivered the next day. I am a single lady on my own and I cannot help but ponder that things would have been settled by now if had I any support.
I cannot submit this review without placing a minimum rating. I will have to score one but they are sub zero in reality.
Utterly disgusted.

I contracted Oxton & Hoylake Ironworks to erect a new iron fence and gate at the front of my property, I found the service excellent, came when they said they would, workmanship was first class and completed when said. Because of the good service I have recommended them to my sister, and have asked for a further quote for a further fence and gate at the rear of my property.
