I had never heard of this company before until a main dealer told me about them when I asked if he new anyone. All I can say is I am pleased I followed up on the recommendation. I was more than pleased to get my car back the same day I took it in. Honestly his standard of work is second to none. I really can't see where he has repaired it, my car looks like new again.

I've been taking my cars to Rich for the past 5 years or so for dent removal, Alloy Wheel refurbs, scrach removals etc.

I'm always really amazed at the quality of the repairs, you really cannot tell that there has every been any damage.

I'd highly recommend RTO to anyone.
