Oven Magic Wales

I used this company today to clean my oven and I was not impressed. Despite arranging an appointment and confirming by text I had a call 15 minutes before the appointment time to ask my address. The technician was seemingly outside a white bungalow and I live in a semi detached house so he was clearly in the wrong place. I then got a phone call in work to tell me that a part inside the oven was broken- the explanation was that it had snapped off in his hand. I got home from work to see that the oven could still have done with some further cleaning in a few areas. I wasn’t charged for the clean but I am now left with the issue of buying a new part from Bosch and having it fitted by one of their engineers which is no doubt going to expensive and the oven is barely three years old. I would definitely not recommend this company and I wish I had checked the reviews first as the most recent is 5 years old so it looks like a franchise that has been recently purchased. Very disappointed

I can't believe how good my cooker looks it's had ten years worth of cooking all over it. A very professional job polite helpful and offered good advice regarding further maintenance.

Amazing!! what can i say these guys turn up on time spent up to an hour cleaning my very dirty oven ( I thought it needed to be thrown out by the-way ) and it came up like new. They were very professional,clean and left no mess it was a pleasure to have them. I would defiantly recommend Oven Magic Wales
