Good Quality Furniture

We ordered our garden furniture in March 2021 when there was none to be had anywhere in the country. I was advised that there would be a 10 week delay on delivery. After 10 weeks had passed we received a telephone call to arrange delivery. The furniture arrived as agreed and is of a very good quality. We had also ordered a cover for the furniture which was delayed but arrived as advised 2 weeks later. It took us 2 weeks to open the cover at which point we discovered it was too small. I contacted Outside Edge/Regatta and was told they would happily change the cover for a larger one. I have swapped it over today. I have found the service to be excellent from this company.

Do Not Order From These People

Having ordered and paid for my furniture online, I received an order confirmation. That's it. Nothing since. The telephone number on the order confirmation does not exist and I have repeatedly left messages on an answerphone from the number on their website - 3 weeks have passed and I'm still waiting............ ORDER YOUR FURNITURE FROM SOMEONE ELSE

This company are thieves

This company has taken my money and run off with it. I ordered a garden table £399.95 and paid in full. After hearing nothing about delivery, I telephoned to cancel the order and was told that a refund would be made. I confirmed the cancellation using the company website but again heard nothing. 3 weeks later, I am £399.95 out of pocket with nothing to show for it.

Don't trust this company

I ordered and paid in full for garden furniture from this Company on 1st August. The website said that the furniture was in stock. Apart from confirmation of my order I had no further communication from Outside Edge and got in touch with the number given on the website when I still hadn't heard anything by 21st August. I was told that they didn't deal with deliveries and was given another number to ring. They didn't seem to know what was going on but I was eventually told that the chairs weren't in stock but were expected back into the warehouse in about 10 days. I asked for a refund but despite a number of phone calls I am still waiting nearly 3 weeks later and £299 out of pocket.
