Just had my faux wood venetian blind installed today and it is absolutely beautiful. The whole process from start to finish with Outshine Blinds was smooth and both Peta and Mike were lovely throughout with strong communication skills. Had the window measured up on the Tuesday and just over a week later I got a phone call saying that the blind had arrived and would be ready for installation. Thank you so much both. We were looking for curved vertical blinds for our conservatory, we went to a number of local suppliers and also searched the internet.
We found Outshine Blinds, they offered a very different service, it was personal, involved a home visit and above all, a knowledge that could not be matched by other suppliers.
Our requirement was not run of the mill, we were looking for a curved track, not many could offer this option and many advised us not to venture down this route.
Outshine Blinds found the ideal solution, the were meticulous in their approach, very detailed, made at least two visits and even produced a template of the track curved path.
When they came to fit the track/blinds it was much more than we were looking for or could have hoped for, we could not be more pleased and would have no hesitation to recommend Outshine Blinds.

Mike fitted our blinds some 20 years ago and did an excellent job then. we had new windows fitted so he came over before that and removed all blinds and kept them safe for refitting. The blinds were refitted and worked well straight away. We liked Mike's sense of humour and his professionalism throughout. Have recommended many and would do so again.

Had a quote booked with them, I was running two minutes late as I was getting another quote, the guy decided to not wait and drove off without a word.
