FitMiBODY specialises in small group personal training & personal 1on1 training. Our expertise are in strength and conditioning, weight loss, muscle building and nutrition.

Getting fit doesn’t have to break the bank. FitMiBODY makes personalised fitness training more accessible for everyone.

The FitMiBODY movement was started as a community project in 2014 by Matt Lo, a fitness expert in Strength and Conditioning with a vision and belief; to make personal training more accessible by creating solutions that are structured, progressive and simple. Starting out with outdoor fitness classes around East London, he successfully crowdfunded the FitMiBODY movement in August 2015 raising over £75k in 21 days to have their own indoor FitMiBODY boutique studio in Old Street, London.

Classes include strength classes, womens only barbell club, boxing, met con, bootcamp, yoga, pilates and more.

FitMiBODY runs over 50 strength and conditioning small group classes and offer a range of fitness packages that are fully structured and effective personalised programmes. The classes and private personal training sessions take place at the stylish, bespoke FitMiBODY fitness studio in Old Street.

FitMiBODY classes concentrate on two body parts at a time in order to help you achieve your individual goals. Our classes are based on Strength and Conditioning and around the three fundamentals of fitness:

• STRUCTURED small group classes

• PROGRESSION through technique and form focus

• SUSTAINABLE results.

Loving small group training!

These guys know their stuff, they know how to welcome a community and push you through each class. Each class is small group and a maximum of 8 people so it really is much like a personal training session. Great vibes!
