Having previously used Outlook to repair the double glazing in our old property we did not hesitate to contact them to look at our draughty windows in our new house. they clearly explained what the issues were and what needed to be repaired. Their work was clean and tidy. Our house is much warmer now thanks to them. We would hesitate to recommend them to others. They are much cheaper than replacing faulty or poorly fitted windows.
