Not recommended. Go to the guy in the high street instead

Charlottetons. We took 3 items in to be repaired. 2 badly damaged. I thought they were beyond repair, which they obviously are as 2 items have simply stopped working within a week of the items being returned. Instead of being honest and saying that the items are beyond repair. They have taken our money. I am sure if they were such experts they would be able to judge whether or not fixing the item is worth fixing or if it is beyond repair. I have suspicion that they say it can be repaired, taking money and again, if experts in their field would know the item will never be fully repaired. Note, there is no guarantee or warrantee on their work. Nothing on their website or paperwork.
We took one item back several times as it stopped working within 24 hours. They kept 'fixing' if with additional fees. We are therefore £140 less and 2 broken items

I have had the best ever service from Our Tech James has helped on every visit Economical, On Time, Problem rectified, Most Polite service, Advise correctly given and so good that I have recommended Our Tech to friends and family and all have come back with the same , Simply the Best no problems left no mess left items working and continue to work. Computer Upgrades and Installation

Our Tech were recommended to us and as a small charity, we needed to get good value for money as well as good computers. Our Tech discussed all our requirements in full and came up with a plan to replace one computer and upgrade the rest, which saved us money. They are very professional and the work was done with the minimum of disruption. The technician thoroughly checcked everything was working correctly prior to leaving and the results are excellent.

Reparing computer

I cannot recommend OUR TECH highly enough. They offer quality service from a highly experienced and efficient team. I had a serious problem with my PC and called OUR TECH in a panic. Within a couple of hours, one of their technicians arrived and sorted out the situation in a calm, friendly and professional manner for an incredibly reasonable price. Absolutely brilliant! I will definately be using them again.

MAC Problems

James from OurTech connected remotely & fixed my email problems after the guys from MAC said I would have to bring my iMac into them for repair. Well worth trying OurTech before having the hassle of taking your computer into the Apple Store.
