I have just rang ouslnams estate agents in Redditch.. asked about a property that has the for sale board outside. To my horror I was told to ring back tomorrow as there was no one there that knew anything about the property they are sellling in webheath and the sales adviser I spoke to told me she had been on holiday for a week!!!and no one else in the office did not know anything!!!! Unbelievable she was really rude and spoke over me. I will never use that very unprofessional Redditch branch again I just hope the the people who are using them come to their senses and use someone that actually knows about the property they are selling
