Ottomans Turkish Restaurant

Ordered the ottomans platter and mixed meze over phone. Delivery time was an hour and a half so opted to collect. Was told half hour. Went at 35 mins later and Waited over ten minutes in shop for anyone to even talk to me to find they hadn’t even started my order! When we arrived home found that instead of the 3 dolma we had ordered as we all love dolma and you can choose any 4 cold starters they had given us cavil olives and humus and just one portion of dolma! This is not the first time this has happened with the mixed Meze starter so I am now of the view that they do not like giving out the dolma and would rather give out the cheaper starters!!! Not good when you’ve spent £40 on a kebab for the two of you!
The food is usually lovely here but seriously they need to sort out the service as I’m on the brink of ditching this takeaway after the last few orders as the service has been shocking 😢

Best Kebab I have ever eaten. Very tasty, Massive portions, Friendly staff. Will only ever get a kebab from here now.
