OTS Plastering

I had been struggling to sell my property on the outskirts of Canterbury for 16 months, with little to no interest from viewing parties.
I decided to look into having the property renovated (spend money to make money situation) and contacted a number of local companies for ideas and costing.
Of all the companies contacted EIS stuck out from the others as they actually sat down and listened to my needs and genuinely seemed to care about my predicament.
We discussed ideas on how to maximise the houses potential and give it that WOW factor for viewing parties.
To cut to the chase, within 4 weeks the house was transformed, freshly plastered walls/ ceilings/ coving, new skirtings/ architraves and numurous other details.
EIS seemed to take decades off of the look and feel of the property. All within the agreed budget and time frame.
The house was sold at nearly full asking price at the end of May 2014.
I cannot rate nor recommend them highly enough, infact they are already booked to skim over the Artex ceilings in my new property.

Ewing and Oscar from EIS have just finished plastering over all our ceilings to rid us of our terrible 80s artex and give a lovely, smooth finish. They also skimmed a number of our walls which had previously been uneven and unsightly. They are now smooth and perfect. They are nice guys who work hard, charge a fair price and listen to your needs. Most importantly, their work is amazing. Needed two ceilings urgently overboarded and plastered between Christmas and New Year in Canterbury. EIS were the only company not only willing to come out and have a look, but also complete the work during the festive period. Absolute life savers, seems from feedback I stumbled across a gem. EIS Plastering skimmed my lounge and dining room wall.
They did a superb job.
The walls as promised are now smooth, ready for roller painting.
The price was the best of four local plasterers.

Very impressed with EIS. We were looking for a local plasterer to do a higher quality finish than previous work we'd had done; Ewing promised us that we'd be impressed and indeed we were! It was easy to make initial contact and he visited and provided quotes quickly, which were very fair considering the amount of work done. Ewing is a very friendly chap and happy to explain what he is doing and gave advice on other trades we needed - in one case an instant recommendation saved us a lot of hassle and money. The finish of the plastering is to a high standard as he can get into all those little spaces meaning you don't have to do any sanding or filling later. Highly recommended and we will be using EIS for the rest of our renovation project if all goes to plan
