1Not a very professional company all round.DO NOT USE
Never again
1I had booked in plenty of time and was told it was a firm booking.
10 minutes after the taxi was due I checked my phone. There was a missed call. Once I got through I was informed that they were checking if I still needed the taxi and if I did then one was on it's way from Coventry. I was near Alderminster!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I was very disappointed. Luckily, other arrangements could be made at very short notice
