No work started. Ghosted and taken deposit

This person took deposit in January then delayed starting work for numerous reasons. When tried to chase completely ghosted and still hasn’t returned money after 7 months. Reported to action fraud and trading standards. Avoid at all costs.

We recently contacted OTB about a small building job, Nigel came out to see us the next day and gave us some great ideas. The quote we received for the work seemed very reasonable and we were pleased to give OTB the job. Within a week Nigel came back to carry out the work which he did to a very high standard. Nigel was friendly and polite, he was respectful of our home and was very prompt and efficient. We will certainly be happy to use OTB again in the future and have already recommended them to some of our friends.
