Excellent efficient service

Calum responded to my request very politely and efficiently and came out to my home exactly when when he promised to. He immediately recognised what was wrong with the dishwasher, drained it without any mess and and quickly sorted out the problem. Calum tested the appliance after mending it and stayed to make sure it did what it was supposed to after the repair. Excellent service.

Incompetent

Callum arrived prompt.
He had an incredibly rude manner.
He blamed plumbing and charged me.
He had to come back as it was not plumbing.
He again did not have a clue, was rude and argumentative.
I asked him to leave and have now solved the problem with another trade.
Will not use again, ever.

Excellent and affordable service

Speedy quick and affordable service. Very pleasant engineer. What more can you ask for? I hope all of my appliances continue to work without any more bother but if I do need them repaired I would definitely call him out again.
