We have used Vera and Steph for our ironing for over 6 years, more recently they have started cleaning our house, their service and attention to detail are second to none!

Ruined my move

After visiting my house and quoting me for a full tenancy transfer clean, I relaxed in the knowledge that I could get on with the packing. Not having heard back from them, I gave them a quick ring a few days before removal day to ask what time they were planning to arrive. I was rudely informed that they weren't cleaning my house as their staff were all busy that day. It was too late in the day to find an alternative company and has ruined my smooth house move. Would not recommend them to anyone.
