Shocking manner

Waited twice for 20 minutes each time for someone to come to door after their appointment finished and open shop. I was looking for sage/crystals etc for cleansing home after masked robbery and rogue builder destroyed part of the house. Finally spoke to owner who I was stunned told me that I am attracting it myself through negative vibrations. No one invites attackers. I am shocked and disgusted with how she talks to someone vulnerable as if it was my fault. Left feeling so depressed and upset. Ended up going to whole foods who were incredibly supportive and showed me how to use their smudging kit and crystals. Service Worlds apart.
