I recently went here to have a manicure done. Within 3 days it had started to peel around all the edges. As i was on holiday, I was unable to go straight back but took phots as evidence. On my return, i went back into show the staff what had happened. She refused to look at the photos and just kept telling me that it was normal and always happens. I have had many manicures in the past and never had this happen. I paid 23pounds for this to be done. The lady said that she would do them again for me but that I had to pay an additional 15pounds for the privilege.
Disgraceful customer service and will not be returning.

Have been using Orchid nails for over 5 years, great place friendly staff and you don;t have to book. Recently took my 93 yer old mum along too, they were excellent at looking after her and she now won't go anywhere else - a round trip for me driving her each time. Yesterday they were very busy and I hadn't booked, they let me know it would be a wee while - fine - I was happy to wait - however they gave me a discount - unnecessary but much appreciated.

Love this nail shop staff are so lovely always make me laugh, very sociable always asking how I am, nails on point every time Anna is a great young lady let her choose my colour and look great every time. Very friendly and clean shop, can be busy so book first.

The guy that supposedly is the manager of this place is incredibly rude. I went into the shop on my lunch break and asked how long the wait was he looked at me and said very long in such a rude way. If you want to get your nails nomdone in a place that treats people im a decent manner then this place is DEFINITELY the place NOT to go.
