We are a family run, specialist Industrial and Commercial Cleaning company here at Orca Cleaning Services Ltd and we pride ourselves on being highly motivated, highly trained and dedicated to providing our clients with an outstanding service.
Steven Holmes, the Director of Orca Cleaning Services Ltd, has over 16 years in the building industry with qualifications and experience in Hard Resin Flooring, Decorative Concrete, Industrial Cleaning, Cladding, Single Ply Roofing and Flat Roofing.
As such, we are able as a company to accommodate many cleaning and maintenance enquiries, from a wealth of different clients such as factory and warehousing cleaning, schools, hospitals and tower blocks, to leisure centres, bus stations and shopping centres.
Orca can offer our clients peace of mind that should an area of roofing, guttering system or cladding become naturally dishevelled or broken, Orca can repair the issue and clean post repair.
We can also offer a complimentary inspection of all buildings and premises to ensure that there are no obvious nasty surprises throughout the year.
We adopt a transparent quoting system, incorporating Orca Eye, which the client is welcomed to view from the ground as we inspect their site through in house, state of the art drone technology.
A full maintenance package can also reduce the risk of high insurance premiums and can most definitely reduce the worry of loss of no claims insurance bonuses – saving companies hundreds if not thousands in excesses.
We offer planned six monthly or annual inspections, cleaning contracts from one to five years to fully restore and manage clients individual requirements as well as 'one off' cleans.
