Almost two months wasted by this clear trickster.

A bit of a "oneoff", he repaired our Vintage Roberts (1960's) ; it took forever, cost the earth but ultimately was fine. Rather surprised that a so-called prestigious firm like Roberts cant find a more conventional agency for its products and service.

Our Miele vacuum cleaner had died and needed a repair. It’s a common fault, a design issue which they should have sorted years ago. I brought it in to Kirri and within 24 hours the repair was done and at a reasonable cost. I honestly could not have asked for more. Thanks Kirri.

For the most part, I just need to copy and paste DeborahF-59 review. Dropped my just out of warranty TV in the first week of October 2020 with a power issue, after a day of diagnosis I was asked to pay for the job in advance, weeks later the wrong part arrives, then a few more weeks later the right part but reconditioned arrives apparently, which he didn’t want to use as he uses “new parts only” December now and family on my case as lockdown and isolation no TV, 1 call after weeks I make I get the same excuse, part delayed any day now any day, then I hear nothing until I call over and over. After many calls and emails got through today, still no part and “will let me know” January almost finished and still no TV. Leaving messages to collect my tv as is and get a refund no response, no money, no TV, and no communication, wish I had invested in a new TV instead

i never write a bad review but i thought this was justified at first it was looking good very helpful picked up my sons tv from our home said we should have it back by weekend four weeks later still no tv i kept being told the part was out of stock i had to keep phoning and emailing him kept being told part still not here then when it finally came in it was the wrong part and something else was wrong my sons tv was delivered back on my request and a full refund a nice man but i wont be using this business again mostly due to lack of communication and how long it took
