Optimax

I took my 23yr old son for a consultation yesterday and left very disappointed with the service. It felt rush, it was difficult to understand what the consultant was saying, and we got the impression we were taking up his time as he said "you're long sighted so too young for surgery. Enjoy your life and maybe come back when your 40" Mj son asked "what exactly is long sighted?" The consultant replied "I'll get round to that" Then stood up to usher us out. I said "is that it" slightly confused by his lack of customer service. He said yes just enjoy your life.
After we left I went straight back and complained to the receptionist (who'd been great) and the consultant.
