First class professional service from Walter and Misha at Optima. 36 hours before due to leave very early AM by another operator, who advertised as “a local service”, realised I was trying in vain to deal with a company based in London; a taxi broker in effect. My telephone enquiry was answered within seconds, and having explained my problem, service was agreed (and significantly cheaper than the broker). Communication was excellent: confirmed by email within minutes and the driver send texts on the morning of collection. Immaculate Merc E Class estate, our bulky expedition luggage loaded carefully. The driving on both journeys was first rate; calm and assured even in usual M25 chaos. On return, a text waiting on landing with a meeting point. Even when we were delayed by problems unloading the aircraft, no issues for Walter, and again another spotless, comfortable ride home.
