Bought a parasol 3 weeks ago ,it was nice for £50 , but within 3 weeks all the seams come undone in places ,there was catches in the fabric . We rang up to ask for a new one as this has developed a fault . Was told to send pictures , he said he was too busy to look . Went down there with the parasol , he was standing outside doing nothing told us he would stitch it up . He was rude , tried to offer us £35 even though we paid £50 for it . Said he didn’t have any to replace it with . When we complained a bit more , he found another one to replace it with . His after sales isn’t good , he seems to be an arrogant man . I know there cheep , but these parasols are seconds , he should tell you that when you buy it . The one he replaced is just the same . Will not go back there . Was made to feel we had no right to complain as it was only £50 , but we only had it for 3 weeks . Very disappointed
