5Their initial explanations over the phone were very clear and they're pricing was the cheapest i'd been quoted. I had an engineer at my door not even 3 hours later... 3 HOURS! It's safe to say I was impressed.
The engineer took less than an hour to get everything fixed, he was presentable, very polite and kept it all clean! made sure everything was back where he found it. He even sat me down and waited for me to test my PC making sure I was satisfied with everything before he left.
