Sent 2 items never even sent the paw patrol bed and won't even reply to emails and can't even ring them

Been waiting 3 and a half months for order still nothing and no refund as yet. They answered my post on fb page saying they would call nothing. Really bad customer service. If I could give zero star I would.

Unfortunately we have had such a bad experience with Online4baby on this occasion. We purchased a baby cot bed 13 days ago and we still don’t have a delivery date.
We contacted the company via the online form and got no response. Can not find a valid phone number to ring them.

Traveled 30 minutes to their show room to find out they’re ‘temporarily’ closed at the moment (Sept-21), a sign suggesting they’ve been closed for ages however there is NO information about this on their website or on google. Wasted trip. Please update this across the internet to save people time. Pretty obvious thing to do. Won’t be ordering anything from them.

I strongly urge anyone considering purchasing a 4Baby Little Acorn crib not to do so. My son has twice woken with large dents in his head due to the round bars and, of course, we are not able to put bumpers on the cot as Lullaby Trust strongly advises against doing so. I asked for a straight swap for something of the same value with flat slats and was rudely refused. It's upsetting as I've been using this company for almost a year. I will not be using it again.
