Ongar Foot Clinic

I have been having routine chiropdy appointments with Fiona for several years but I want to thank her for the extra help she gave me last week. I was having severe problems with my right foot with very sore, inflamed tendons and I was finding it painful to walk. I had been doing RICE but there hadnt been a lot of improvement. Fiona did some strapping on my big toe to bring it back into better alignment and showed me how to massage the sore tendons. A week later and I'm able to walk and do my garden again! Thank you. 🥰

I had a treatment of foot mobilisation technique from Hannah which is a manual therapy to help improve foot and ankle function by targeting the specific area and using the body’s natural repair process to reduce pain and help repair. She massaged specific areas to target my plantar fasciitis. As she massaged and rubbed the area it wasn’t painful and actually felt good. I left with my foot not hurting as much (plus she made me some temporary insoles) but a few days later my heel felt much better and 2 weeks on the pain has reduced dramatically. I’m booked in next week for the same again and cant wait for.

I don't normally write reviews but this place is exceptional. Having put up with a very painful ingrown toe nail for a long time (mainly through embarrassment) I finally plucked up the courage to have it dealt with and choose this clinic after careful research. The whole Team from reception, through to Fiona and Hannah were utterly fantastic. During surgery I never felt a thing and was pain free from the moment the anaesthetic wore off. I have had no problems at all post surgery and I am looking forward to painting my toenails and wearing flip flops again!
I cannot find the words to recommend these ladies and the staff highly enough. If your in pain like I was then please don't put up with it any more - see these ladies now!

On a recommendation from a friend, I made an appointment as I have been having trouble walking with painful feet. I then went back and had a Biomechanic assessment carried out and as a result have been referred for an x ray. Hannah and Fiona are lovely and put me at my ease straightaway. I would recommend them without hesitation.
