Rouge trader! Avoid!

Please avoid and contact either Domestic and general or go assist. I made the mistake of contacting this guy and it's now costing me more than I had expected to pay. He came to repair my fridge and said it would work, however, he did a temporary fix to be sure that he would have to come back and I would need to pay the call out fee, labour and parts twice. His website guarantee is absolutely rubbish so please don't fall for it like I did.

Excellent Resource for any portfolio landlord

I am a landlord with a medium sized portfolio in the London and Croydon area. I have been using Steven since 2014. He has assisted me and my tenants with the repair, installation and replacements of ovens, fridges, dishwashers, washer/dryers, freezers and electric hoods. He is always on hand and extremely quick to respond. He works around my and my tenants' schedules. He is reasonably priced and very easy to work with. He is also very knowledgeable and has good contacts when it comes to parts and new equipment. When washer/dryers and fridges have broken , I have found his service to be invaluable as he has had the relevant equipment delivered to his home, and then liaised with the tenants to both install the new equipment and to take away and dispose of the old one. This has made the logistics of the whole process super easy. Overall, Excellent!

Great One Stop!

Really was very lucky to find Steven from One Stop- he repaired my American fridge/freezer just before Xmas and returned to fit another broken part. He was really helpful and patient and didn’t rush to fix it. Highly recommend especially in times of emergency.

Would call Steven again in an instant!

My Whirlpool dryer was tumbling - but not producing any heat. Oddly Whirlpool doesn't fix "commercial" dryers which mine is considered as is the really large size. I called One Stop around 2 pm and Steven said he would come that day. He didn't get to my house until 7:30 - but I was thrilled he came after all his other clients and didn't just cancel like many would.
He diagnosed the problem - needed a new heating unit - and even showed me how to clean the inner lint area by removing the front panel. He ordered the part and came to replace it 2 days later.
Steven is a considerate, nice guy who provided great service at a fair price.
Would call him again in an instant.
