I would highly recommend the one stop car shop. They were very professional and organised. When we came to look at the car of our choice there wasn't any big sales pitch. We were able to browse without fuss and later had a test drive. A special mention should go to Jasmine who was helpful and friendly every step of the way. Nothing was too much trouble. Not a single ounce of pressure from any of the staff to be forced into committing into anything. They give you all the information you need and give you time to think everything over to ensure you’re making the right decision. They helped and assisted with any concerns I had and where quick to get any issues resolved. I’m so happy with my purchase from One Stop and I can’t recommend them enough! Such kind genuine people, who really do put the customers first.

I rang these guys 5 times in an hour and they kept cutting off, or disappearing to check details- totally unprofessional.
I asked around and reputation for after service is non existent.
Steer clear unless you like ringing up and being lied to , ignored.

Bought a car from here last week and I have to say the service provided was absolutely amazing. Bought a car 6 weeks ago.I have always been use to a medium car on this occasion down sized. Did not like the car decided to px it. In all I visited 3 garages not one of them would take it in part exchange. They all said it had been in a crash and had botch repairs done. I have to admit I don't know a lot about cars in the showroom it looked good. But when everything was pointed out to me I felt very annoyed. There are so many paint issues no wonder they would not buy it. Phoned one stop finally after about 10 calls leaving messages I spoke to somebody.i asked them to buy the car back realising I would not get what I paid for it. I am still waiting for them to get back to me won't hold my breath. Only buy a car from these people if you know anything about cars. I have now sold the car to a main dealer who is going to take it to auction. I have lost 1600.00 in six weeks but can't wait to see the back of this wreck.
