I thought I’d get a new boiler installed before Winter set in, so I contacted a major heating company for a quote. This was a complete disaster, with no customer focus at all. I then looked through the local adds and found One Call Gas Services in Sandwich. I contacted them, and straight away I felt I was dealing with someone who genuinely wanted to help. Adam (the boss) visited and knew what was needed. Shortly after, I received a quote, and after acceptance, the team came early the following week. They were respectful, very polite and ensured all surfaces were covered. They quickly removed the old boiler, ensuring they kept all areas clean and tidy. Amazingly, they installed the boiler in super quick time. I was impressed with their professionalism and pride they had in their work. Additionally, later on, Adam called to confirm we were happy with the job. We were very happy and felt that we could confront Winter with confidence.
