Poor service
1This follows a further issue with them when they effectively left us without heating while it took a month to source a part...several phone calls there.
I am left with the impression that they do not really care about after service and will not be using for further works.

5Two months for an emergency callout to an existing customer?
1However, in April of this year our combi boiler broke down, leaving us with no heating or hot water, and when I called them they were unable to come and look at it until June. Yes, really, they couldn't fit me in for two months!
Obviously, I found another engineer and plumber (incidentally he got to fit a new boiler and bathroom for me, and is also servicing the other two now). I wouldn't normally give a negative review to a small, local business (I go out of my way to support locals) but after my (factual and polite) response to them trying to book an annual service via email this evening was dismissed out of hand I've changed my mind.
To be clear: they let me down very badly and I let it go. But when I reminded them of it, they didn't care.
