The worst management you can ever work with. Once the honey moon is over the true face will reveal it self to you.carers that work for this company leaving good reviews is because they are milking the money with the bad care standards. They will rush patient interactions, they will cut corners, a shift between 7.30-4p.m will end at 1 p.m by care staff employed with this company. The management office are terrible managing their staff. They don't care for patient safety. Their whistle blowing policies, even when you report a patient health and safety or domestic abuse breach. The company will frown at you for reporting it instead of thanking you for speaking up. Also will not give you feedback on the case, and will not carry it forward unless they get in trouble they get upset and try to drag you down with them by either trying to set you up or trying to say you didn't do what was meant to be done. Imagine such toxic work environment. People who praise this place again are just as bad
