Disappointed start, did even get my car valeted, booked through their app for 1pm, after not turning up I messaged around 1.15 to see if their on their way I don't mind if someone is on they're way but running a little late. The reply I got back was, I'm running an hour late sorry, I replied with will you be here for 2pm instead, the reply was yea, there about, sorry had really dirty cars. I have no interest in the state of someone's else's car. If an appointment is booked and your not going to make it have the decency to send a message and let your customer know. I decided to cancel as I couldn't wait any longer, no apology at this point just a thanks! And a cancel email instantly. Won't be using or recommending based on customer service. Had they messaged in advanced I would of rebooked with them. Shame!

Fantastic service, from the start. Car is looking like the day I bought it and can’t recommend Richard highly enough. Extremely friendly service. I didn’t think the interior would clean up like it did but this guy knows what he’s doing, very punctual and polite.
