I am totally in shock. I was put into a chair and I thought it was for a consultation but no she started cutting my hair without it being washed 10 minutes later she told me the cut will look better after a good wash. DO NOT BOOK

I have been coming to this hairdressers for 7 years - ever since I moved to the area.
They have always been very helpful and friendly.
Pauline cuts my hair just how I want it and was very good with visiting granddaughters - cutting and washing their hair.
