We had no heating for about 6 months with our air source heat pump. Another company couldn’t find the fault and quoted the only option of either spending a few thousand pounds to replace the pcb and mcb with no guarantee of a fix or many thousands of pounds to replace the whole unit. We found Olive Air online and asked Tom to give us a second opinion in some hope that the fault could be found. And he did find it! Tom was friendly and reassuring from the first visit and worked carefully and methodically trying to find the fault. After ruling out a few other options, it turned out to be a part replacement that cost just £30! We now have a fully working system at a fraction of the cost and a huge weight off our minds. 100% highly recommended.

Olive Air (Tom Oliver) Installed an air source heat pump for us in our lounge, primarily intended to be used as air conditioning in the summer. However, we have used it for heating too as I found it to be very efficient. The installation was on a Friday and had a few problems, but Tom stayed late into the evening until he was satisfied with it. A problem arose which I told Tom about on Saturday afternoon so he came back on Sunday to fix it. How many trades people would do that? Very impressed and highly recomended. Ian

Aircon installation

Tom installed 2 aircon units for me he did a very clean and professional job keeping me up to date with delivery and start date and his price was competitive. I found Tom to be very pleasant and the whole experience stress-free would highly recommend.
