Friendly, Professional and Efficient

Due to the Pandemic I had not been able to visit Wales for a year. Then at short notice I needed to use my holiday cottage, only to find out the oil had run out. Olew Trefigin staff were so helpful and provided an excellent service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Rude staff and worse service.

I was recommended by a neighbour to try Trefigin as I had just moved to area and first time with oil heating. Unfortunately it was early 2020 just as the rush had started. He did state they were busy but once he found out I was not already an existing customer but new to area he was quite rude and told me I had no chance and to look elsewhere. When I suggested I ring back in a week or so ( had some electric heaters) he just hung up. Quite shocked to be honest.
