Olew Trefigin Oil

Never had any complaints with Trefigin - they have always been a delight to work with.
Always enjoyed making my orders and never checked for a better price in 20 years and always recommend them for exceptional service to anyone who moved into my village
However, the people answering the phone now are rude.
You don’t feel welcome or valued.
They just lost an £800 order because of how they dealt with me.
I hope they sort this out because they have always been an exceptional company.
Writing this here because I can’t find an email to address this and don’t feel inclined to call again in the hope of resolution.
I thought hard about leaving this review because Trefigin have been so brilliant…
But sharing in the hope that you can sort this out Trefigin x

As always a great service. Always next day delivery and always a competitive price. Wouldn't look anywhere else.

After being a faithful customer of Trefigin oil for over thirty years, I was shocked and disappointed to be spoken to with disrespect and arrogance by a member of their staff whom I had not encountered before. I have heard from friends that they have been treated with similar contempt and rudeness by the same man. End of my association with them!
