Avoid these scammers

Disgusting service. Ripped me off for £50 told me it's my own fault for paying over the phone for tiles instead of not being lazy and coming in! Spent £800 in there and that's the service! Avoid this place it's unprofessional and immoral. uneducated scammers.

A sad and bad experience never again.

An absolutely disgrace, customer service. was nil, shop stall (the person who serves) need a lessen in service and manners.
i waited for 3 weeks still ended up with no tiles, so demanded a refund.
not once did they return any phone calls
i would rather walk on broken glass than but tiles from this shop and NEVER recommend them to anyone.
i hope the directors read these reviews
