I rang to order a simple rose sheaf for funeral and went I pick up the flowers they didn’t look even close to the picture from catalog. Very disappointed!

I rang to order a wreath. The person I spoke to had a lovely telphone manner. They were able to advise me of all the different options and I was able to choose a wreath suitable for the occasion and I paid over the phone by card. They were able to deliver for me at the time I required. Compared with the other florists on the day, Old Oak Florist was by far the best stand out quality, the choice flowers were visibly of better quality of the others, slightly larger size than the others, and the arrangment was beautiful. I would highly recommend them to all for all occasions.
