Knight in Shining Armour!

Olly was recommended to me as someone who might be able to help in an emergency. My Baxi boiler had developed a leak during a kitchen refit but the fitter just put a bucket under the leak and left me to deal with the problem. Olly turned up in his very well-stocked van at 8pm, like a knight in shining armour! He identified the source of the problem, isolated the boiler, changed a washer (he had the right one in his van!) and got my boiler up and running again. Olly clearly knows what he is doing and has the knowledge and experience to deal with situations such as mine. He is hugely attentive to detail and very customer-focused. I was so impressed at how prepared he was to go over and above to help me out, even at that time of night! Olly was at mine for nearly an hour and a half and I believe he would have stayed longer until the problem had been fixed. I can highly recommend him for his dedication, professionalism and quality service.
