Oil Safety Services is an OFTEC registered company with a qualified heating engineer who provides advice in line with current legislation.

Our aim is to keep your oil safely stored so it poses no environmental risk or financial risk to you as the homeowner if it should fail.

All our oil tank installations are certified through OFTEC, if your tank is covered by your home insurance policy or you come to sell your home, you will require a Certificate of Compliance proving your installation has met the current regulations.

Once your installation is complete, we provide you with all the relevant paperwork to ensure your 10 year tank warranty is valid. No need to worry when you come to sell, as you will have the certification required to satisfy your buyers solicitors. Plus you get a 6 year workmanship warranty for any tank installation work we carry out which can be transferred to the new owners should you move within that time.

We also offer tank removal, disposal and capping off of the oil line. Supply and fitting of fuel gauges, fire valves & deaerators.

We can provide annual oil tank, pipeline and ancillary equipment servicing and maintenance.

Bleed through of oil lines if you have run out of fuel which includes starting up your appliance.

Purging of oil pipelines.

Pressure testing your oil supply lines to check for leaks.

Emergency pump outs into a temporary holding tank if you have a cracked or leaking tank.

Emergency oil pipeline repairs for damaged/leaking lines.

Plus a Home Buyers OTE Assessment, inspection report and costing for potential home buyers.
