Avoid here!

If I could leave a zero star review I would. Not for the first time I find that when I get home 4 miles away my order is incomplete. I rang to query it but they don’t accept responsibility so I’m left without my main meal. Nice food but appalling customer service. 👎👎👎👎

I wouldn’t even give this place 1 star absolutely shocking got given the wrong order then when we got our order things were missing rang them to tell them staff are rude and do not help one bit. Have to give back food before they will replace what we are missing AVOID AT ALL COST

Absolutely shocking! Over an hour late, staff are rude and unhelpful! Food is appalling! Ordered a duck in plum sauce and I received sweet and sour chicken?!? The salt and pepper chips are the worst I’ve ever had, chips were coated in curry powder??? All the food had an inedible amount of msg and food colouring. This place should come with a health hazard ⚠️ Never again!

Order was 2 hours late! Called take away twice to chase order and the staff was rude telling me it's on its was. It took another 30 mins to arrive, I less than a minutes drive away! Duck in plum sauce was more sweet and sour chicken. Salt and pepper chips tasted like curry powder chips. Very very disappointed! Will definitely not order from here again!
And an hour after my food gets delivered I get another phone call from the driver asking me to open the door so he can deliver my food! As well as bad service, bad food they have bad communication to! Disappointed is not even the word!
