Occasions of West Street was established in April 2015 Elena The boutique was opened with a vision of providing a more personal experience when it came to shopping for bridal and evening wear. We offer all of our customers a personal yet professional service. Priding ourselves on customer service, we have helped hundreds of brides say yes to one of our dresses. We also boast a fully fitted alterations workshop on site and in store, offering customers the finest quality alterations whether there dress was bought from us or not.

Every care is taken to help all of us customers feel welcomed and comfortable from the moment they walk through the door all the way up to their big day.

This is the place to go .....

Friendly, dedicated, so very approachable. They actually believe in what they do and u can feel that from the start. They completed the alterations in less than the agreed time. They were cost aware and only did what was needed. Overall I think they are an excellent service.

I got my dress a bit early and of course my size changed. Not the end of the world, but enough to make me panic. My lovely maid of honour got hunting for a seamstress who could help me (which I thought would be impossible considering how close to the day we were). She found this lovely company, and off we went to their new store in Romsey. The fitting was free of charge, and there were no concerns on their part if they could a) take it up at the front, b) put a corset back in replacement of the zip and c) have it done on time. She gave me a quote afterwards, and left the dress in their hands. I was nervous, but really didn't need to be! I went back and it was perfect! The quote hadn't changed so no unexpected charges (especially as my dress was a nightmare to alter!) highly recommend, and I will recommend everyone to this place

Amazing service

I was quite daunted for my wedding dress trial but Bree and Elena made me feel so at ease and selected the perfect dresses to try on to suit my body shape and I found the perfect dress. I definitely recommend Occasions of West Street to any bride, especially those who are body conscientious, I felt so different about my body when leaving the boutique. Not only have I found the perfect dress but I feel amazing too. Thank you Bree & Elena

We recieved an amazing service from start to finish. A very professional, experienced and friendly service. We were treated with respect, kindness and politeness. Amazing dresses and accessories, along with alteration service, we highly recommend Ocassions of West Street.
